JS Tech Solutions provides software development, website development, POS systems, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
Projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that details scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables. The SOW becomes part of this agreement.
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use any general-purpose code, libraries, and frameworks in our future work.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mannar, Sri Lanka.
